యూఎన్‌లో పాకిస్తాన్‌పై మరోసారి ధ్వజమెత్తారు భారత శాశ్వత ప్రతినిధి పర్వతనేని హరీష్. జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్ భారత్‌లో ఎల్లప్పుడూ అంతర్భాగమేనని..విడదీయరాని బంధంగా ఉందని.. ఎల్లప్పుడూ ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. పాకిస్తాన్ చట్ట విరుద్ధంగా ఆ్రమించిన ప్రాంతాల్లో విరీతంగా మానవ హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘన జరగుతోందని...దానిని అంతం చేయాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. పాక్ సైనిక ఆక్రమణ, అణిచివేత, క్రూరత్వం, వనరుల అక్రమ దోపిడీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా తిరుగుబాటు చేస్తున్న ప్రాంతాల్లో మానవ హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనలను అంతం చేయాలని హరీష్ కోరారు.

జమ్మూకాశ్మీర్ కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతం అయినప్పటికీ భారత్‌లో అంతర్భాగం అన్నారు. ఆ ప్రాంత ప్రజలు తమ ప్రాథమిక హక్కులను వినియోగించుకుంటారని చెప్పారు. ఇది పాక్‌కు ఎప్పటికీ మింగుడుపడని విషయమని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. తమది వసుదైక కుటుంబమని హరీష్ నొక్కి చెప్పారు. ప్రపంచ కూడా తమను ఒకే కుటుంబంగా చూడాలని ఆయన అభ్యర్థించారు.
