భారత్-పాక్ మధ్య కాల్పుల విరమణ అమల్లోకి రావడంపై జమ్ము-కశ్మీర్ మాజీ సీఎం, పీడీపీ చీఫ్‌ మెహబూబా ముఫ్తీ స్పందించారు. కాల్పుల కారణంగా అనేక మంది చనిపోయారని.. ఆస్తి నష్టం జరిగిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ సమయంలో ఇలాంటి ఒప్పందం అవసరం అన్నారు. చాలా రోజుల తర్వాత నేడు ప్రజలు ప్రశాంతంగా నిద్రపోతారన్నారు. సైనిక చర్య ఎప్పుడూ పరిష్కారం కాదన్నారు. మనదేశమే పెద్దన్నలాగా మారి..అన్ని దేశాల సమస్యలు తీర్చాలన్నారు. అంతే కానీ మధ్యవర్తుల అవసరం ఉండకూడదన్న అభిప్రాయాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

నిన్న కూడా భారత్, పాక్ యుద్ధంపై మెహబూబా ముఫ్తీ తీవ్ర ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 'ఇక చాలు.. యుద్ధం ఆపండి'అంటూ కన్నీళ్లు పెట్టుకున్నారు. జమ్మూకశ్మీర్‌లో శాంతికోసం రెండు దేశాలు వెంటనే చర్చలు మొదలుపెట్టాలని ఆమె విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. తాజాగా యుద్ధం ఆగడంతో ఆమె హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
