పెరిగిన రక్తపోటును నియంత్రించడానికి ఆరోగ్యకరమైన జీవనశైలి అవసరం. రోజూ వ్యాయామం చేయాలి. ధూమపానం మానేయాలి. ఆహారంలో ఎక్కువగా పండ్లు, కూరగాయలు, తృణధాన్యాలు, పప్పులు ఉండాలి. ఇవి పాటిస్తే అధిక BPని నియంత్రించవచ్చు.
